The 28 Diamonds Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. To make that easier, we accept returns of all unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of shipment, no quibbles and no questions asked. We will offer you either a full refund or an exchange for the either same product or one of equal value. We even offer free shipping to customers in Australia, though there is a limit of three free shipping vouchers per customer.

To return any item to 28 Diamonds, please follow the procedures below:

  • Contact our Customer Service department. We’re at 1800 441 688
  • Simply tell the representative that you wish to return your order.
  • Within one business day of your phone call we will email a pre-paid, fully insured Sendle 2-Day label for you to print out, as well as full instructions on how to safely and securely package your items for return.
  • Take your package and the print out of the label to the most convenient Sendle location and they will send it back to us. If you need packaging materials or assistance, Sendle generally has them available.
  • Your order should arrive in our office within two business days, exclusive of weekends and holidays.
  • All refunds will be processed within two weeks. Credit or debit card orders will be refunded to the same account which made the purchase. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
